...So its been a while

Well hello my lovely readers,


I know its been a while and I havent done any videos in weeks but I have a really good excuse, I swear- I have a job now, actually its 3. I count Swagbucks as a job because of how much time I put into it and the fact that it pays is another factor. You can find my detailed Swagbucks guide here. My second job is doing work for a friend on the side for his business. And my actual full time job is working front desk at a hotel. Not glamorous but its a job.

Im still in school for the medical office administration, that wont change so I look at the hotel job as a stepping stone. Seeing how its summer, I would have went out and got a volunteer position somewhere if I had not have gotten a job. The desk experience is what I was looking for.

So with all that being said I am shoulder length, almost armpit length!! So excited about that. My routine is pretty much to leave my hair alone. I use moisturizers that last for a couple of days do I dont have to handle my hair everyday. I do on the other hand put it in a simple bun everyday. My hair doesnt see much shoulder time.

I promise Ill start doing more videos, im iffy on doing tutorials but time will tell.

Playtex® Sport® Fresh Balance Review

Hi ladies, this one is for us.

Recently in my VoxBox from Influenster, I received a box of Playtex tampons and they were right on time might I add.

I normally go for U by Kotex when shopping for pads and tampons but I'm glad I received this box because I would have never tried it on my own.

I buy the sizes super or super plus because lite and regular never hold up,the size they sent me was regular and held up longer than a few other brands I've tried but since this was made for the sporty girls, my lazy behind, of course, had no problems. Here are some thing I liked:

• One thing I like about this product is that it has a great smell. I don't know why more companies don't do this!! Everyone should like for their cat to smell nice and this tampon helps.
•  Using is easy and putting it in is easy and fast, no pain or struggle.
• The packaging is fun.

So i'm happy that I received this box and Playtex has a new fan.

imPress Nails by Broadway Nails Review

As you can see from the post below, recently was sent a VoxBox from Influenster.com. In my box was a pack of press-on nails made by Broadway Nails. So here is my review.

As I type this I am wearing these nails. This is what I like about them. They are not too long where they interfere with my daily life; as someone who is office administration student like me, typing is my life now.

When you first  get the box, the nails are in a nail polish shaped container. 12 sizes come in the container so you can definitely find your nail size. After finding your size for all your nails, go one by and place each one on. The box says to leave the thumb nail for last but I started with that and had no trouble.


There is no wait time or drying period. Just place them on and go about your day. Dont worry about getting these wet, they will continue to stick.

This isnt my first time using the product so Ive been a fan ever since my first run in with Broadway.

Great thing about these nails is that they come in many different colors so you can change your style every week.

My PINCHme.com Box Arrived!! ~Review~

So if you are involved in the world of freebies, coupons, and sweepstakes, then you may have heard of PINCHme.com.

A Little Background

PINCHme.com is an Australian company that now has a market here in America. I first signed up in January but when I signed up, there were no freebies. But I was in luck because because the next week, they put out new ones.

I had quite a few choices but I was only allowed to select three. From what I can understand from the people who run the site, products are marketed to a specific demographic; so don't worry if I have 4 choices but you only have 1.

And because they really do want your feedback on products, you are required to review all products that you receive. Its not hard, I promise, but just remember the following:

• New samples are posted every other Tuesday at 12pm
• When you join, DO NOT sign up with your Facebook,  use your e-mail instead. Recent conversations on PINCHme's Facebook page suggest that those who need to use Facebook to sign in, could not.
• Be on time if you can. 12pm is when new products become available because they go fast! 

My Box!

This box was ordered on January 21st and took about a month to arrive. Everything was in the box and I picked and I got right to trying out everything.

 So what my box contained Suave lotion, a pack of U by Kotex pads and two samples of Gevalia coffee. Everything was there and the Kotex pads came with a $1 off coupon-which I loved. I'm a little upset with how long it takes for a box to come but I understand that with a lot of people ordering, It can take a while.

Ways To Earn

Located on the lower left, you will see the words Toolbar, NOSO, and Daily Poll. Dont worry about Toolbar for now, lets just focus on NOSOs and the Daily Poll.

No Obligation Special Offers or NOSOs can be done daily and earn you 2 SB. Offers range and all can be skipped. I always skip every offer because at the end, SB will still be rewarded. Remember, always skip.

Daily polls of course can be done daily. Questions vary and a reward of 2 SB will be given upon voting.

 Games

Your home page has a tab at the top named PLAY. This is where your games are located. Games range from poker to Candy Crush type games. I tend to play Key Krusher (typing game) and Solitaire. The maximum number of SB you can earn a day from playing games is 10. No matter how many times you play or what games you play, you will only earn 10SB.

Searching

Searching may be an easy way to earn SB if you play your cards right. At the top of your page, there is a search bar; this is no Google. So far searching differs from person to person. I can search everyday but only get 6 or 7SB every other day and some people can get them 20 per day. Keep in mind that if you want to search for something serious this may not be the one. I had an experience where I searched for someone famous and got 0 results but went to Google and got over 1million.

Swag Codes

Swag Codes are codes that you put into the box located at the top of the home page. These codes are random, spontaneous, and dont last very long. The codes can be anything the SB Team want and are very much case sensitive. You can find codes on their Facebook page, blog, or twitter. But dont worry, I will show you an easy way to search for code without having to hover over 3 websites all day.

Videos

You can earn by just watching videos. Located top of the home screen and through out the middle of the home screen, you can find videos. Videos give between 1 or 5 SB depending on how many videos you need to "watch". All videos come with a timer so some videos auto play and other know when you leave the screen and the timer stops. Be mindful of this.

Special Offers

Located under the DISCOVER tab, special offers include everything from surveys to watching videos. Stick to your free offers for now. This includes surveys, free trails(cancel before the deadline) and installs.

With surveys, you must qualify. You can spend 20 minutes answering questions and not qualify and not get any SB. Nothing is worse than answers loads of questions and not even qualifying for anything. Take them at your own risk.

Free trials dont seem as bad as you think. In fact, they are my favorite. Free trails normally have a high payout because you need to have valid billing information. Don't let the idea of having to put up your credit/debit card information scare you because it is a free trail. If it is a product or service you truly do not want, cancel before the trail is up-easy peasy.

Installing software aka MALWARE can be a tricky things. I try to stick to programs that only install apps on Facebook or my browser-nothing goes onto my computer.

Most of the offers want you to join another site or receive newsletters. Here is the trick for that. If the offer states you need to conform an email or an email address is needed to sign up NEVER CLOSE YOUR WINDOW UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU'VE RECEIVED A CONFORMATION EMAIL.
I cannot stress this enough. If you dont receive an email, that is the same thing as not signing up if you contact support about not receiving SB. Make sure you cover all your bases. I always have open my email account to make sure.

Shopping

If you are like me, you love to shop online so why not get SB for it?

Shopping online at certain sites can get you SB. To find a list of stores click on the SHOP tab on the home screen. A list of popular retailers like Groupons, Old Navy, and Ulta come with how many SB you get per dollar. If you are not sure if your store is connected with SB.com just do a search. I recently shopped online at Walmart.com and received 80 SB just for spending $20. Mind you I could have went to the store and bought it but that would not have gotten me SB. Plus Walmart is one of the store that have Site to Store shipping.

As you can see from the picture SB take time to be credited to your account. Be patient.

Toolbar

The toolbar is my number one go to item for earning SB. I'm able to do everything from search to see how many SB i've earned.

As I said before, there is an easier way to find Swag codes and the tool bar is it. There is a button named Check for Swag Code; clicking on this checks all sites. If there is a code out there, it will let you know in yellow where to look. If not, the button will be red.
Another thing the toolbar allows is easy shopping and searching. This saves you from having to go to the website.
When you have installed the toolbar, you will have done the actions needed for a check mark beside the Toolbar word on your home page. Refresh your toolbar by clicking on the Swagbucks drop down arrow on the far left. Refreshing gives you 1 SB everyday plus its good to know how many you have.

Phone App

The phone application isnt a requirement but it is a very good way to learn 100s of SB weekly. The app gives you access to videos which are worth 2SB every 5 videos. The trick is to watch short videos not long ones. I normally stick to news and travel. They range from 1 minutes to 2 minutes. I will also let you in on another secret. I never watch the videos, the app auto plays everything in the category. So basically if you have the data, you can set your app to a category and go to sleep at night. Beware of hang ups. Some videos get stuck and wont play. I know for me, the movie trailers and music videos do so I dont play those. Also, sometimes certain videos may go blank causing the app to go to sleep- meaning you are no longer earning. These are errors on SB side.

Referrals

When you post a link to Facebook, Tweet, or email a personalized link to a person, you can earn SB. Here is a misconception. SB.com say that you can earn 1000SB when people sign up from your link, the truth is when they sign up you dont get anything until they start searching. SB.com matches what they earn from searching and gives it to you. So for instance, if someone signed up under me and earned 10SB from searching, I would also get 10SB.

More Tips/ Information

• Always check your personal email. SB sends offers through email all the time.
• Check you SB inbox for offers.

I have been a member of SB since December 19, 2013 for that is almost two months and I've earned over 4,000SB. I'm trying to make my way to 10,000 so I can redeem my credits for $100.

What is SwagBucks.com?

If you are a sweeper/couponer/ freebie lover, you may have heard of SwagBucks.com. I know what you are thinking, its not a scam. Those are out there-believe me but this site isn't one; you are about to see a whole lot of proof.

First Ill start off by telling you what Swag Bucks is. SB is the Web's premier rewards and loyalty destination. Swagbucks.com allows web and mobile members to earn virtual currency (called Swag Bucks) for doing what they already do online every day- watching videos, searching the web, playing games, participating in market research and shopping online. Swag Bucks can then be redeemed for valuable rewards, including gift cards to the world's online and offline retailers.

In other words, earn enough virtual money for gift cards to use in the real word. An example of this is 500SB can be redeemed for a $5 Walmart gift card. And trust me, getting to 500 is a piece of cake.

Right from sign up, you receive 4 SB. Filling out your profile gains you another 2. Take advantage of all the new member SB opportunities, they dont last.

All Work and No Pay?

This girl doesnt think so...

My morning was already rocky due to the fact that I had zero sleep. In my mind I to be to work at 8:30am to help set up a yard sale. I made it there on time. So far so good, right?

Come to find out that the public thought the yard sale started at 10:00am. I was ok with this. Come to find out that because of this, I wouldnt be getting paid!!

I got out of my warm bed, stood in the cold weather, and on top of it I didn't even eat breakfast, all for FREE!! Me and the owner got into it with a few words; I was told to turn in my key but a part of me think I should of kept it until she paid me.

And the cute part about this is her excuse is because she didnt make any money- could someone explain to me how that's my problem? Little does she know that I heard her say she was going to buy TWO Michael Kors bags. Now, my fashioniestas know those bags are no joke, they are expensive but yet she couldn't pay me? This is the last time I go above and beyond for anyone.

On the bright side, I think I'm losing weight.

I DONT Hate Mondays

Well at least not this Monday. Today was the first day of classes and I was so excited that I actually got up early!! I that right there is something in its self for me.

Today I took time to do my hair and make up. I wanted to make a good first impression. At the last minute I realized that on Mondays I have a word processing class and not the anatomy class I was hoping for. But I had the time right so I was OK. While standing outside the classroom waiting for class to start I look around and I see men. I even saw one who I had a crush on in high school. I get all excited because I'm thinking that they are all in my class; a couple of minutes later we are allowed in and its all females!! I sat in the back hoping a really cute guy would pop in and want to sit by me. No luck. I'm hoping tomorrow's class will be more entertaining. On a good note, I looked through the first two chapters of the anatomy class and its easy things like organisms, cells, and ATP. I got this.

So Why Am I on Blogger?

I recently turned 24 years old. With this came 1/4 life crisis- I haven't done anything with my life. I'm broke, my job sucks (preschool teacher), and I have this college education with nothing to show for it.

I turned 24 on December 5th 2013, It felt like another day. Nothing changed, I got up, went to work and came home to watch Netflix.

On December 31st 2013, I fell asleep around 8pm and was woken up at 12am by fireworks. That was it. I was in bed alone...no friends, no "cuddle buddy", no one. At 24 life shouldnt be like this.

That day was also my last day at work. I quit to go back to school full time for Medical Office Administration. For so long I had my own and didnt need anyone but now, i'm broke and have to live like a college student.

So why am I on blogger?

I'm tired of feeling like crap about the things I can change and will. My new years resolution was to make this year the best ever. And I make no apologies for being who I am: a sweepstaking-coupon cutting-Jpop loving-fashionesta who does Youtube videos to make herself happy.

Why am I on blogger?

Because I KNOW I'm not the only one who is going through this, has gone through this, or will go through this. The only difference is I am willing to put it all out there for you to see. All that glitters isnt gold. Never forget that.
